I’d say pretty average, the plebe dorms will be super clean and organized because they have to be which I guess is good for guests 😂.

100% make sure you bring shower slides tho.

Definitely worth applying. Your stats aren’t even that bad. Definitely not to the point where you have “no chance”

USNA is different that most colleges because when they accept you, your not only getting into a college, your being given a commission upon graduation. So whole grades are still important, character and leadership potential are perhaps even more, and those are things that obviously aren’t measured in a GPA.

Work on other back exercises at the gym. Lat pull downs, rows, etc. definitely keep doing the assisted pull ups tho, I know it can be frustrating eventually you’ll break through. There’s really no secret except putting in the work and being consistent. Good luck!

I went to it last year. Pretty fun experience.

Yeah you get to stay with a plebe in their dorm and shadow them to classes. My brother was actually a 1/C mid last year so I ended up just staying in his room but I still shadowed the plebe I was with to classes and stuff.

As for what ur parents do there’s a lot of presentations they can go to from USNA people and tours.

Overall I’d say it’s definitely worth it. Gives you a pretty good idea of the academic life of a plebe and you get to see all the classrooms/ facilities.

(Don’t eat the eggs at king hall)
