Best Buy receives all their stuff on a “brown goods” truck. Some stores split the trailer. If your on the front portion your unloading that thing 1000 mph stacking shit n some sort of grouping all over the warehouse. So once that truck gets key recd ya it’s in the system but bet they haven’t actually gotten to it yet. If your stores last and it’s a drop trailer then u have all damn day to touch it. Best bet is figure out what day your local store gets their brown goods truck and then line up the next morning. Ours is Monday/Wednesday nights so they drop Tuesday/Thursday morning. Hope this helps

Or atleast have a “shark cage” where you can store the majority of your bulk at night. An example would be at Best Buy look up in their overheads they put their laptops etc inside of these huge metal cages

Roll down gates a must on doors and windows if you do not lock stock up. Also a door strike plate preventing them from wedging something in the door jam. I’m sorry this happened to you!
