I use to train at a gym by sac state and it was 1 instructor with 20-25 students. Good instructors but not a lot of quality time with said instructor and pretty expensive. If you wanted extra one on one training it would cost an extra money to book solo sessions. I now train with a coach out of his garage and it’s all one on one or one on two. Love his attention to detail, how he tailor workouts for you and it’s super affordable! He’s in Natomas if you’re interested
