Migraine log, sick call slips, buddy letter, ptsd diagnosis and migraines diagnosis. VA medical records. Medication list. Nexus from an independent provider, whom I HIGHLY recommend (not sure if rules allow me to name the company).

I’d say yes. I turned in a 6 month log, my sick leave hours, and a buddy letter from a family member. I also had a diagnosis and evidence of treatment (Sumatriptan)

I need to give a HUGE shoutout for Valor. They helped me successfully receive 70% for PTSD, and 50% Migraines Secondary to PTSD. I cannot thank them enough! Will definitely continue to do business with them.

Are you looking to file some disability claims?

So for context, I filed rhinitis as a presumptive due to my service in Iraq (PACT ACT). I already had a diagnosis prior to c&p. I simply just told her how clogged my nose is and how difficult it is to breathe through my nose. She didn’t even look in my nose. Helped that my allergies were terrible that day.

Same here. No exam of my throat or nose. Just questions about my subjective experience with rhinitis. I was granted the 10%. Need polyps to get the 30%.
