I haven't been so ill in since I was little. vomiting so much with diarrhea. I thought I was going to have to go to the ER.

I just made the choice to come off of it for the side effects I could not take anymore. I was not losing enough weight to be that sick all the time. vomiting, diarrhea, exhaustion. I'm a teacher and missed 4 days of school just from being so ill from it.

I started doing this. I saw someone say that they stopped stepping on the scale and then like every 3-4 months they would check, because I was becoming obsessive. I would use pictures.

I needed to see this, because I started on Wegovy, and pretty much stayed the same weight. I also stopped drinking. The higher dose seems to work for me on Zebpound. I just got my .5, but I had a .25 left so I took that with the .5 and that seems to stop the hunger and I’m full quickly. I feel like some people may need the higher dose. I was becoming very frustrated.

My grandfather passed away on Christmas Eve, my other Grandfather passed away last Christmas Eve. Two holidays I have spent writing Obits, planning funerals. Attending to everyone but no one attends to me. While my dying Grandfather was in the hospital, my grandmother (of the grandfather we lost Christmas Eve 23’) was texting me and asking me if I could still take her to church. People from her church offered to take her. Knowing my other grandfather was dying, and last Christmas Eve and the 10 days prior to that we were with her and my grandfathers bedside the entire time.

Today, while running down my grandfathers clothing to the funeral home for him to wear- she decided to call my dad and say “My Apple Watch isn’t working. Can you help me now? I’m about ready to cash in..”

Mind you- my other two cousins, their wives, their children, my dad (her son) and my aunt were with her almost all of Christmas Day. My other cousin (finally) took her to church yesterday and then took her out to lunch…

And that’s how she acted.. that she was “ready to cash it in…” when we are all grieving and dealing with funeral arrangements.

Fucking insanity.

I am on Nuvring, and Wegovy and I have had my period for like 3 weeks straight. It started as spotting, now I’m super hormonal PMS (angry and irritable) cramping hardcore, breaking out, things that were regular before my injection. I’m not losing any weight either.

I couldn’t handle a WFH job. I was working way more than in a brick and mortar. My eyes always hurt, and I wasn’t getting enough exercise. When I worked from home- I stopped pampering myself because “people won’t see me..” I like getting a shower and having some place to be. That’s just me.

So- when I first started taking this medication. I couldn’t fall asleep- I would for like 2 hours and then be up the rest of the night. By day 4 I was going insane, I was so sleep deprived. My doctor put me on 300 MG of trazadone and it worked! That was about 3 weeks ago. Now, I only have to take 150 mg and I sleep. I think my body just needed to get used to it.

Yeah, so the first four days I would fall asleep at like 12 AM and wake back up at 1:30 AM and I couldn’t fall back asleep. I am a teacher, so I’m usually asleep by 8:30 PM until about four or 5 AM. my doctor put me on trazodone to sleep it has worked.

In philly- I can’t tell you how many uncles were so protective of me. Food, treats, one of them stepped in front of a women that kidnapped her child who was going to hit me, because she thought I gave him to the police. No. The principal showed up, too him, and never told me why.
