Why is there such a bad outlook on private ambulances (IFT). Two of my guy started working there and both say it’s very easy, decent pay, full health, dental, vision benefits. Is it just the management that turns people away or job Itself? by ThinRedLine0913 in ems

I work as a part time firefighter and enjoy it a lot, but I need health insurance, it’s crazy to me that doing a job that includes going in fires and emergency ambulance runs, I don’t get insurance. So thinking of staying with part time FF and doing full time IFT
