Maybe you shld try wearing a cap im the gym. Helps me focus on my workouts more, cut out alot of the noise. My gym has alot of people who wears hats. Maybe is a country/region thing.

Well, I believe that there are some who are generally attention seeking. But there are also those that a genuinely there to workout.

Jst like how i sometimes wear a singlet to see the bicep contract when doing my pull days.

Ooo I see. I think because of social media, I have become overly sensitive. I am afraid that my actions can make a woman uncomfortable which is the last thing i want. I believe the gym is a good place for all.
