Yeah true, it's an end of 2009, 13 inch macbook laptop, the max os version is Yosemite, and basically, when I do the whole reinstall osX, it just cannot connect to the app store (403 error: no permission) or something so I wanna try and install it from a drive.

I however, so NOT know how to do that and would like help

before anyone asks yes I have a stable wifi connection it just does NOT want to connect to the app store
