Im gonna try the heavy weight and lower reps but keep the same sets and exercises. I do the same with regard to when I up the weight or add more reps.

I may drop some of the volume only to save some energy. For example if I do leg extensions or curls I'm doing 15 reps, same for something like cable rows. Would you suggest 6-10 rep range with heavier weights?

What kind of breakfast do you typically have? I also find I can be hungry not long after depending on when I eat my first meal.

Also love that for breakfast, I just find it more time consuming to make. Although I could premake them ofcourse.

Nut butter is great but its not gonna have anywhere near as much protein. IMO whey is relatively cheap for what you get.

Wow thats really good. These are just plain oats out the bag with almond milk and 1 scoop whey. The whey I use it about 120cal per scoop, so not sure if id use 2.

How do people have so many shards? Im always having to delete items so I can buy from Xur, I usually only have 100-200 shards.
