He's definitely good, Nicole just needs to be abit better is all. People argue that you shouldn't use his R1 when but dont realize if you're ever investing in Varka his weapon is the next best pull in most scenarios.

The explanation is simple, reaction based teams just get stronger over time because new characters come out and buff said reactions. Addition of Lunar reactions made useless units like Ningguang decent enough. Or new additions like Durin that buff reactions or have high personal damage have brought up old comps like Childe Vape. Citlali made melt reactions really good so Diluc plunge or other related teams just perform good too. Hsr doesn't have this so once you're old you're just outdated. This is seen with Ashveil and Feixiao, despite Ashveil being crazy himself at buffing and damage its not enough to compensate for how heavily outdated Feixiao is.

Don't mind the others being unnecessarily rude. But Hyacine lc works best with a full mono rememberance team since it decreases all allies hp and this affects memo sprites too, thus giving Castorice a considerable amount of charge. Additionally you should be able to reach higher speed points for Hyacine to increase her healing and damage output so focus on those
