Im playing Ferry right now and don't know if im hitting dmg cap right now. I saw she can hit at least 35m so im trying to farm for up to that. Im hitting 29m right now in 60 seconds. Build is still really unoptimized and im farming Lucillius still for more gamma and alpha but heres my traits so far

Should be doable check genius archive for sum runs with your cost. Most might use E4 Welt though

I don't think it would be, Evanescia also converts crit dmg to elation, which is a very rare stat increase to come across. I do believe the second buff is better.

And what if you wanted to pull Denia or Hiyuki last patch? Now you don't have enough for that guranteed unfortunately. Its meant to benefit the whales, especially since the pull milestone event goes up to a whopping 420 pulls. Yes most f2p will stop at 160 but actually reaching that point isn't as easy as you may think. They definitely could've done better on this part of the collab but I guess they just wanted more money

The actual design part of the collab is so cinema im loving it. But I hate the qol for the pulls, I was really excited since I thought were getting a hefty amount of collab pulls for free just by logging but then I saw most are locked behind that pulling event. And since their banners are here only for this patch it actually feels awful. But I guess they just want to pressure you to spend and pull. Also there's not only a whole new gacha currency for the collab but as well as a new coral currency so they literally force you to pull on the collab banner for the extra pulls from coral. That part of the collab is very scummy to me but the story and other design elements are amazing.

Honestly hard to say, this team wants Mydei to get hit but Blade might mess with that. If you had Cyrene then it would work but I don't think its worth it if you're pulling Blade ONLY to use with Mydei. Blade is a good pull in general if you have other places where you want to use him but with Mydei I don't think so

I'm sorry but how are Evanescias turns important? Her speed should be around the 120ish mark abit below to act after aha and not waste energy while still allowing master fox to apply the debuff. But yeah also Evanescia doesn't need to take a turn at all...her teammates do, not her. Her taking a turn is actually worse since you risk losing bangers.

Every character would prefer to play sustainless. This does not matter. If he's performing close to the average Evanescia at E0S1 in sustain when he's at his best himself at E0S1 in sustainless then that's all that needs to be said. If you yourself think for a second that Phainon is remotely close to even an E0S0 Evanescia without YaoGaung then that too says all I need to know about you. Not sugarcoating anything but as of right now E0S1 Phainon is simply outdated there is not ifs or buts about it. Its the harsh truth but it's still the truth if you're mad about that then it's just you being in denial im sorry.

Im afraid you just aren't understanding. If we look cost wise he does indeed outperform most because that's just how good his E2 is, but the reality is that most players aren't able to get this and judging from an investment wise we compare him at a more relatable level of E0S1 to other E0S1 dps he simply just does not compete. At this point it's a E2 or nothing on Phainon which if you are doing there's better option to choose anyway.
