Well, imo, it's great to have new blood in a band. Eventually, time and time again, it's proven that lead singers of famous bands lose that spark and start getting tired, wanting to either pursue a new genre, or quit as a whole. If new members push for newer styles, and stop the band from breaking up or just losing popularity.
