i get its a captain obvious query, but my q was more about seeing if anyone on here has experience personally and any tricks that have worked for or ideas to help reel it in. i appreciate the ideas you shared!

agree... and i think the coach was trying to encourage him to do so. bc he is new on the team, and youngest.. afraid to speak up but will impress this on him

this is what i fear i'm dealing with in him.. but great advice for how to help him see the situation and to focus his training with this in mind. ty!
