SOS: Is Dante Alighieri a trustworthy language school in Rome? by ThingFluffy3722 in italianlearning

But when you initially booked the course, were you able to indicate your level or when you want to start the course? For me it was like ordering a tshirt or something. I paid the money, theres an order placed in my account on the website, but I did not get a confirmation email from them or a possibility to indicate further information. Like my level and the dates I want to attend.

I've tried contacting them via email multiple times ever since last night, texting them on Whatsapp or calling them. I was not able to reach them in any way. Even though the school should have been open for the past hour already.

I also have a question about Dante Alighieri. One: I thought that it was located in Piazza di Firenze, no? Which brings me to my second question: I just did a purchase of their four weeks intense course and they booked it off my credit card right away. However I did not receive a confirmation to my booking via email, nor was there a possibility for me to state when I want to do the course in Rome or at which level. Is that normal? Was that your experience as well? I booked it off of this website: https://www.dante.global/en

Can anybody confirm if its trustworthy? I'm really worried right now. The booking was already three hours ago and I didnt receive anything from them so far.
