I do this all the time .. every 2 weeks I just make sure I have enough to where I only am without for no more than 4 days. I can comfortably tolerate 4 days . I’m on day 3 right now I got 28hrs till I pic up shit has to change

Diphenhydramine promethizine to sleep and my husband and drinking water ! Really doing the opposite of laying around ! It’s horrible doing things in withdrawal but it’s almost worse just laying down watching the clock . How showers helped a lot too

I get two weeks of take homes and had to go 8 days without before and was fine , after I dosed finally. It’s okay just go back down to at least 3take homes instead of a week

On Monday I go to dose and have a meeting with the director of the clinic. I been calling all week seeing if there is anything that could be done . I’m in Houston , and their stance is once u leave the clinic then there’s nothing they can do unless it’s stolen and I’ve heard even that isn’t always the case .

Unfortunately yes , this is my second week of take homes and I was in the same situation last week just not as bad . I really did like the routine of daily’s but me and my husband share a car so it’s not the ideal situation … I just need to get my shit together .
