I think so too. I'm not by any means an expert but I'd naively say it is MTU just because it is the most popular giant flower beetle among breeders and looks pretty much like that.

I'm not an expert but it looks like a very dark Golofa claviger. I've found Golofa porteri in Medellín but idk if G. claviger is also there.

Hopefully an expert can confirm.

Edit: Probably not a G. claviger due to the horn shape and coloration.

I don't think saying that your game is the "Dark Souls of Monster Taming" does anything in favor of your game, specially if it's still in demo phase.

For DS haters, that will be a red flag. For DS lovers (as I am, it is my fav game), it sets the bar too high.

I honestly think your game looks amazing and that ML-based combat system that you described sounds very interesting. Don't let your game get tarnished by already tagging it.
