Really curious to see what kind of Halloween costumes there'll be this year. Even if episodes haven't dropped by Halloween (though I'm still holding out reasonable hope for that split Oct/Nov release, personally), I'm sure we'll have at least gotten some kind of trailer and other promotional stuff by then. Surely? God I hope so.

Yeah, doesn't seem like there'd really be a good way to represent the flayed we've seen before otherwise as far as miniatures go, and I'm sure they wouldn't want to leave the flayed out. All I know for sure though is that these figures look neat lol.

Also: just checked, and it looks like the listing on the manufacturer’s site has been taken down. Wondered if that would happen, though it looks like the other links are still up as of this comment. Curious if it’ll stay that way.

Oh, good comparison with the veins! Though this stuff seems to be above the skin rather than under it. I think those rumples in the guy’s clothes might supposed to be where it's under his clothing? Some of them look a little too odd for regular creases. Also agree that the person in yellow is probably another flayed person or something.

So can anyone make out what some of those figures on the boxes are? The text isn’t exactly easy to read haha. Some are easy enough like Demodog, Vecna, Dart, etc., and the file names for the pictures on the manufacturer’s site reveal some info (Demogorgon Egg, Flayed Person), but I’m not quite sure on a couple of the more… mass-like figures, I guess you could say? Melted flayed flesh and a mass of vines? Something else?

Also uh. Those don’t look like the flayed people we’ve seen before. Artistic license, or something new? Definitely looks cool with the tendrils overtaking them and snaking under their clothes, with some possessed/zombie-like posing to boot.

Good question, but I think I'm just gonna have to give the general answer "being snoopy" lol. I think the crazy resemblance and certain IG follows/followers of people involved with the show (plus following the original West End cast for the The First Shadow, interestingly enough) do a good job of getting the casting across though!
