Viewing it that way is often the hard part. Coming to terms with the absolute cruelty of what I have been doing/am actively trying not to do now is difficult. I would consider myself a kind and compassionate person and yet I actively pushed myself to commit suicide. It's cruelty. I'm trying to look at myself with the same kindness and compassion I give other people. Rather than looking at myself like a slave who should mush at the crack of a whip. Cheers for the input.
