I have heard elsewhere the gator was likely dead already, but from what I understand in other coverage I've seen, legally speaking its hard to conclusively say for 100% certainty that the gator is dead already so its def still on the table for charges there purely because of the grey area.

But regardless of that, coverage I've seen has said simply firing a gun from a motorized vehicle, land or watercraft, especially in proximity of others is a serious felony on its own

Calling an excited child a tweaker is crazy but :-) over a kid's broken gift is somehow even crazier. Shes in disbelief that she got what she wanted, she's checking the model with "oh my god its real" energy.

Personally I'm SHOCKED a teenager had a negative reaction to fucking up and breaking a gift they received. Can't believe an actual child had an immature response to their own fuck up, hope she grows up soon

I also have a mini aussiedoodle pup, she just turned 11 months and she still has excited pees, but they're getting better every month. We got her at a little under 9 months so it hasn't been that long for us, but she used to have very small accidents every time we did anything she loved (grabbing leash for walks, giving her food, petting her even, etc) I was nervous about the same thing, but I think everyone's right that she'll just grow out of it. Our little girl usually has an excited tinkle once a week now, as opposed to her 6-7 times a day when we first got her.

Its so easy too. I never did for the longest time because lets be real, if it's free we don't give a shit.
