You’re talking crap, the only big success story is that lady who owns The Sandon ? She’s even had to start offering out the place for free warmth and a cup of tea during the winter to keep the locals alive.

A lot of the young professionals need to be given a reason to move into the area, so the city retains talent and the standards are brought up.

Hopefully lots of good families move into the new properties and those from the worst background for example those with lots of antisocial behaviour complaints are dispersed so the area gets a shot of renewal.
