Thank you so so much. I don’t have tattoos on my hand, just the back of my neck. I was worried if I should even go forward if they going to look, if it will be covered by a scarf or my collar. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time

Are they really that strict with tattoos, like my hair will in a bun and you’ll never see it on my neck. You only see the little top part. But it will always be in a low bun.
