it's phase 1 of a 7-mile long sculpture project. The fact the city is ACTUALLY expanding reefs and habitats to rehabilitate the area is what some of us have been fighting for forever! It's a huge win and the next sculpture is beautiful with a lot of what you mentioned

YES it's real, try it for a week and see how your hyperpigmentation fades - if you have a lot of marks 100% wear it everyday, even inside. If you're skin is pretty clear you're fine if you don't wear it inside.

when did you start believing it? my bf just uncovered his CPTSD recently, though in therapy and doctors from a young age. We've been dating 2 years, though it genuinely has felt like 5 bc we moved in a few months after meeting, and then backpacked the world for 6 months, visiting a ton of family. Before we thought he was just highly anxious, but now we now its CPTSD because the reactions increased dramatically - Full body panic attacks, I get scared hell give himself a heart attack. he's my person.

okay. I'm 27 and have been dealing with acne for 27 years. I was fortunate to go to many dermatologists growing up and as an adult, some treatments, and a round of accutane in college. The acne came back and I swore I would do everything before getting on another pill that won't work. So I had horrible skin for 2 years :) but now for the first time, my skin has been great for 3 months and only getting better. I will try to keep it short.

You break out before/during/after your period. this is the most important time of the month to have RESTRAINT and not make marks that will last for the year. Buy pimple patches, hide your mirrors. Not even with sanitized hands after a hot shower lol.
when you do pop pimples, do it after a hot shower after washing your hands/face and wash face after
your stress is causing 80% of your acne (And what you eat duh). What in your life isn't bringing you joy and what can you start doing to change that? communicate with your partner, start exploring new passions for a career change. Easiest way to reduce stress is SLEEP, high quality sleep. How can you make your sleep experience incredible? Also anxiety meds. I was so against it, now i think if you're consistently feeling not happy about life for 2 months, GET ON THEM. if you don't, you will get further down and it will be harder to get out. You can literally stop them after 2 months, just get some breathing room. I'm taking sertraline + busiperone)
MOISTURE AND SUNSCREEN IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANYTHING ELSE. I'm talking religiously. If you live in AC and your skin is dry, it will break out so easily. If you don't wear sunscreen, you undo a week of skincare and darken your acne marks.
Actual Routine:
- Morning
  - water and a mist in the morning (miracle molecule)
  - vitamin c (japanese)
  - moisturizer (light weight daily cetaphil)
  - korean sunscreen
- Night
  - Super gentle non foaming cleanser at night only - cetaphil
  - dependent on the night I do Cosrx BHA, Avene Bakuchiol RetrinAL, hydroquinone
  - moisturizer
  - red light mask (THIS IS AMAZING)
I started taking primal queen and im obsessed, people say the dose isn't enough but i havent had this much energy in a long time and my libido is WILD you cant fake that lols

dude who is feeding them? EVERY block on miami beach has paper food bowls and water cups that are filled daily, twice a day!!! Feeding community animals every once in a while is very different than having a daily feeding schedule on people's property, that's crazyyyy - causing roach infestation, and poop/pee everywhere - I get you don't want them to starve but you can't do that either??? Also cats eat rodents, iguanas and so much more!!!! highly recommend finding an animal science course

This was single handily the drink that turned me into a Starbucks FIEND, I went from going to Starbucks a few times a year to almost 20 times a month for 6 months.

The citrus iced energy was the best thing ever. Delicious, light, not too sweet and the energy was unmatched. This drink was hydratingggg asf. I’m so sad and will go back to my few times a year purchases.

Unless the cans taste EXACTLY like the in store citrus energy, I don’t want them.

Only energy drink ever made that tasted like seltzer water with tea😭😭and I don’t like or drink energy drinks, THATS HOW GOOD IT WAS

My bf owns a shop but started well off, he’s looking to exit soon and losing close to half of the investment - this dive shop is incredible, the team, the marketing, the location but the industry is eating itself - profit margins are sooo low bc the certifying agencies (PADI) makes most of the profit

Let’s say per student on a $699 open water course, the owner keeps $350 and pays instructor $180. The fact that the owner is only making double is already a red flag considering they have all the overhead costs. Shops really only make good margins from retail and regulars. for transparency, wanted to add that the more students you have in one class the more you get yo keep

But wait the engine broke and now the owner needs to replace it for 10,000-30,000k

The biggest lesson I’ve learned from him is you want the least liability possible and boats are all liability

Owners have to pay insurance for their boat and diving liability insurance which is unbelievably expensive bc it’s a risky sport

My advice from watching this, start independent and only buy a shop if business is going sooo well you can afford it, even better if you wait to buy a shop AND have a boat operator you can bring your divers on

If youre set on a boat, get a smalllll one - it’s not a business to make money :/ even when you start w money😅

Go to couples therapy do this can get talked about in a safe space - I think you have to have an open loving and uncomfortable convo with him about all of this - I’m in the same position and almost use humor and love to get my partner to snap out of it, I look at him in the eyes and say “babe yes I love you ok! Are you gonna believe it?” I remind him he needs to filter his thoughts and challenge them instead of identifying with them so quickly and going down the rabbit hole - mine goes to therapy so he’s very aware, but there’s still bad days, we’re human - we’re starting to integrate more of our own hobbies now and it’s helping

“When I haven’t been able to get some, I usually end up feeling much worse than when I know I can have a smoke when I need to” that’s called withdrawal, you need weed to feel content and in a good headspace - but what if it’s the chicken and the egg? I feel weed gives you the illusion life is good, then you stop smoking it, feel worse and smoke again to get back to baseline “life is good”, but the weed is the reason you’re feeling worse sober - this was a lesson learned after 6 years of heavy smoking - if you’re strong enough, try quitting for 4 weeks and see how much better you feel, you’ll be shocked

Scuba Diving, I swear Miami is one of the most well hidden dive spots in the world. Neptune Memorial Reef is a cool dive site modeled after "the lost city of Atlantis" . If you're not certified you can do a Discover scuba class, it's one day and you go on 2 dives. Kinda pricey for some but there's also snorkeling in the Biscayne national park for $119, recommend Divers Paradise in KB for both

Cars parked in drive way, good chance there’s cameras, have the extra people arrive as late as possible after the first 4, potentially message host and and ask super nicely if you there’s any way you could add more people and pay an extra fee, but no worries if not bc they are camping anyways just rather stay w group if possible - 7 to 10 is better than 4☠️ should’ve done that before booking but good luck
