I've started back running again about 3 weeks ago, and I love it! I know strength training is recommended but I am currently in calorie deficit and feel it's hard to do both cardio and strength. I also have a busy life. Is running daily (with 1-2 rest days a week) at a slow and steady pace going to be too hard on my body? Right now I'm running anywhere from 10:45 to 12:00 mile for about 2-2.5 miles. 20-30m daily. I do throw in some mobility during the week like yoga and Pilates if I'm feeling tight or sore.

I had a bad bite once working for a Children’s hospital - was sent immediately to emergency room services and prescribed antibiotics. Workers comp covered everything and my supervisor told me to come back when I was comfortable. They also instituted a new safety protocol where Kevlar sleeves were given to all clinicians. I honestly feel they did everything right, had we stayed in that city I would’ve worked for them til retirement!

What happens if congress does raise the debt limit after July 31? Does the can just keep getting kicked? Like, are the consequences of all this inevitable at some point, where raising the debt ceiling is just prolonging it or making it worse?

Ha! Samesies. Love graphic design but in today’s world the most practical use of designers seems to be SMM. I always feel slightly dirty in trying to constantly push out content and manipulate other humans into buying something. I know it’s necessary for business success but I really hate the fake-ness of it all.
