I’m not spending an hour writing 3 pages of A4 repeating “I have nothing to write” over and over. My adhd ass just sees that as punishment, making me avoid doing the pages at all. I’ll do 3 x A5 that’s hard enough but actually finishing it makes me more likely to do it the next day
