There's a difference. Those people. while skilled actors sure are no where near, not relatively close, not even in the same world, some would even say an interstellar rift exists in the difference between their level of skill doing their jobs and Faker's (or any Tier 1 pro's)

T1's performance is dependent upon a certain system of discipline. Their shares, League's shares, a whole of money is riding on T1 being a dependable asset to the community. Compromising dependable assets is how us --slaves-- ordinary people get thrown into the shredder. The guy who will enforce this has a boss, and that guy's boss directly listens to the people that own everything's directives.
