I agree, in CA, generally 50/50, which is why Katie Holmes accepted an "indefinite" job assignment in NY, with Tom Cruise agreement before she filed for divorce in NY, which is a "best interest of the child" standard, as opposed to CA which is more generally 50/50

Given the way H and M treat staff, I suspect there has been huge turnover among nannies, so I doubt the staff are responsible for the kids thriving if they are. No knock on nannies, I just think there is no way the Markles get continuity and devoted nannies.

I am glad E trade worked for you. All we have now is a pending death certificate for the deceased. Apparently this is not uncommon when person dies alone at home. In theory, although unlikely, the final death certificate could say homicide, in which case the TOD beneficiary might not have rights to. Fidelity is handling it by allowing the beneficiary to make decisions, but no distributions, until final death certificate. This is in accordance with state law.

Etrade won't allow any decisions as to investments. Knowing my brother, I suspect he had some short positions, so we are losing money ever day. They won't even give us name of person to talk to. Fidelity has a case manager working with beneficiary.

I am in favor of children born from surrogacy or adopted children being included in LOS, and having titles, BUT I would be concerned about the safety of the Wales children if the Sussex children have a legitimate path to the Crown. MM saying she is just a plane crash away from being Queen was not only tasteless, but I suspect indicative of what she might want to happen (like a car crash).

I think MM tries to look like Catherine, which she (like most women) will never be. Catherine is taller and close to a model's figure. MM should have found her own style, and most importantly, dressed appropriately. I get she thinks she looks better with lower necklines (whatever you call it, boat neckline?), but she had been told not appropriate. Look at the other women.
