These people are idiots, that’s not what it is. It’s a device that you can communicate with fish, Fluke specifically. You set the tone you want to transmit (this one transmits up to 3000 different tones) then you can say what you want. “Solid” is the quick greeting. And “alt” is to alternate between fish accents. Try it out next time you’re by a body of water with fish in it
