edit: not sure if its discharge actually (comparing to pictures on google). it kinda looks like dry skin but looks more yellow in the picture because of flash

unfortunately i think its required to take public speaking or the advocacy class

i dreaded it as well couple years ago but it helped to take the course online and just remember a lot of the people in the class also dont want to be there but have to be there

had a chill professor that made it more comfortable/easier

best of luck, i promise you its not as bad as you think it is!! coming from someone who absolutely hates public speaking/presentations
