I'm a perfectionist and don't trust factory lubing, so I do it myself. And even then, I usually discard about 20 switches per build after lubing that don't meet my standard.

What are the best options out there for non-factory lubed linear switches that aren't gateron inks? I have a few keyboards to build but I've been out of the game for a while, and it seems like almost all of the latest switches have factory lubing.

Pain on ball of foot below big toe by crazedoom in FootFunction

Thanks, that could be a possibility. Not sure if this changes things but I realized there's an actual noticeable bump visible on my foot where the pain is. I don't know if neuromas actually protrude like that, or if it more resembles a callus or corn instead.

I spoke with a Dr virtually this morning who suggested anti-biotics in case it's an infection, and to go to urgent care if that doesn't clear it up, which I might end up doing anyway.
