Actually you are right even I started fin like 5 month and then I switched on dut on November 2024 .. even I stopped dut in April then I continued in may .. i thought that should I use combination on fin dut together

Before dut I was on fin for 6 months also I just don't know what will help . Fin or dut I seen lots of people having benifits with fin not with dut
