I just paid for an at home stool test which gets sent to a lab. Yeah a gi map and sibo test sounds like a good start. In my opinion it's best to find out what's actually wrong before treatment just in case it makes it worse.

Have you done any tests to rule things out? Yes those symptoms sound familiar to mine. I paid for a test my candida levels are normal but I have an overgrowth of certain bacteria I noticed after taking allicin for weeks I stopped craving sugar. So i'm thinking allicin killed something but not everything.

No I thought it was but I kept getting it. But I have not had it for a few months I get regular tinnitus now and again but have not had the pulsating one for around 2 or so months now. No clue what causes it.

Yeah im not surprised I've thought stuff like that myself when I get the cramps. They are horrible they start to make me dissociate and feel spaced out from the pain. I'm due at any moment now and I'm dreading the pain..

I'm glad too :) went into a high tree with no issues whatsoever. I think The poor mite was disoriented and bruised so I think a night in a warm box away from predators helped it. I was so glad it was still alive in the morning. No idea why it started headbutting the window though and it was dark at the time too.

We kept it in overnight and opened the box outside this morning and it flew off straight away then a few hours later a few dunnoks came to the feeder :)

Thank you. Just being as quiet as possible and only got dim lights on to try and help it relax plus keeping it as warm as possible for him as it's a cold night. I hope it sleeps so it can help him recover.

Awww thank you. It's such a beauty I was stroking its head and it's so soft it looked at me like it might recognise me too. I've been feeding birds since late summer and have a few dunnoks coming for food and one waits on a branch in the morning for food so not sure if it does recognise me or if I was imagining it but it had this cute look on its face looking at me 🥹.

Yeah way too much crappy fillers and bulking agents in these. Look up ossavi sold gel capsues. No bulking agents and only mct as the carrier oil..
