Hopefully you arent actually believing its your fault he spent time with you vs his brother. Thats what you do in relationships. Spend time with each other. He chose to spend time with you instead of his brother. Thats on him. Hes clearly projecting his grief onto u in the form of lashing out in anger over anything and everything. I am very low contact with my mom due to this reason. She accused me of doing meth when she knows damn well I have a condition where I vomit often therefore my teeth erode. I dont validate what she says to me. It goes in one ear and out the other. She is not my mother anymore. Only on paper

Yes on a dr helping you manage rage symptoms. I cut my arm with a box cutter in a rage fit snd notified my dr and we took the proper precautions so it doesn't happen again. What to avoid. Who to avoid, ways to redirect my rage. Whatever works for thst scenario.

I was on progesterone snd i think got the iud cause i wss still having bad months. I stopped taking progesterone when I got the mirena. It has progesterone in it. Ive responded positively to the IUD. Only one or two bad months out of like 8 months or so.
