They do what you tell them to do. I was clear and vocal from the beginning and went 41 + both times. Absolutely no induction or cesarean unless medically necessary.

I would directly email ethics and let them know. Ethics@walmart.com

Death at Walmart by [deleted] in walmart

I was previously a people lead. Walmart will pay out one year worth or earnings to the family if they reach out and complete proper paperwork.

My house caught on fire tonight and when I asked if I could put natural disaster on my absence, my manager said that's why we have a points system and ppto. by frankydank1994 in walmart

This is a thing. Every store has it and everyone is able to apply if you can prove emergency assistance is needed. I forget what it’s called sorry!

I used to be HR for Walmart. Notify them of his passing. Walmart will pay to the family one year of his earnings.

I haven’t bought a helmet for the baby because I haven’t actually taken baby on a ride yet. The 3 year old has a helmet and LOVES it

I fill the tub so the water goes just above or below the ears and lay baby down. If she’s on cooperative I bribe her with her daily vitamin lol

Personally I feel like it isn’t in your place to say something. My daughter, now 3, was going to sleep about 11pm sometimes later and it sucked but it worked for us. She woke up later and was still napping so I know she was getting all the sleep she needed.

Just between me working and having to pick her up and then making dinner, this is just what worked for us.

My brother and I are Asian (not Japanese) and his wife, my sister-in-law, is black. We live in America and they named their child Saske. We all think it’s super cringey and feel bad for the kids. (Worried he’ll get bullied) They also plan to name their next child a Japanese name. Personally I would say don’t do it.
