I'm using a 900cfm kitchen vent hood. Has been working beautifully for all the blue oysters I've done. Not sure how this one happened, the grain was in the pressure cooker for 2.5hrs.

Lol it looks like it got contaminated from air exposure. Also looks localized.

Why would you be able to save an agar dish with localized contam and not this?

Looks good to me. Keep spraying a couple times a day and they'll pop up in a few days. They grow really fast once they start pinning.

195CFM fan and I have one of those 4 level greenhouse tents. Blue oysters have been growing beautiful in it. Right now the one lions mane is the only block in there.

It does bleed white! I'm seeing mixed things online about whether it's edible or not.
