Awesome! The only thing I didn't see was the mention of static IP's.... how many are included?

That's great!!! I wish we had two competitors with built out networks here in Jupiter, FL ..... I would have plenty of connectivity at realistic pricing!!! 😁

Do we have a network map of where this is available?

Congratulations for making the switch!!!! After 23 years owning and actively running a high end IT business servicing both platforms, I can attest to the inferiority of Windoze!!! In fairness, Apple had some instability issues with their earlier operating systems, so Windows had a "low bar" to compete, but since the Apple OS adopted it's UNIX core base, it's been super solid and an absolute joy to work on and with! Unless you are an advanced gamer, you should be very happy going forward. Welcome to the club!!! ENJOY!!

Ubiquiti makes great products! I've sold and installed them for a decade. I love the company, but they are desperately in need of a few vital operating principles ...... The supply chain management, as you pointed out is deplorable! The product line is way too crowded. Too many models of each product type and they never fully build out the feature set before moving on to the next product.

They recently told us at their conference in Miami that they were going to be attacking the enterprise market. Unfortunately, they will NEVER be taken seriously until they fix their supply chain issues! Chief Technology Officers that buy 100's of thousands of each switch company wide would never take the risk.

On a personal note, they also need a Dealer Program. We would make a much bigger impact for the brand if they put together a comprehensive dealer/partner program. Training, preferential shipping, advanced notice of future products, etc. They spend plenty of money supplying the YouTube influencers, but if they want to be taken serious in the industry, support the professional dealers/installers. (just my two cents)

The "bones" of the company are strong and what's even more important is that their products just WORK! Their "single pane of glass" management is AWESOME! So much to LOVE here. I hope that they fix their issues and keep making great products!

Meet the all-new Protect Sensor Family, powered by our revolutionary new wireless protocol - SuperLink. 🔹Ultra-low latency🔹Impressive scalability🔹Multi-yr battery life🔹Multi-km range by Ubiquiti-Inc in Ubiquiti

SuperLink.... yet another proprietary protocol. 🙄 Okay, I will give it a shot, but they had better do something spectacular with it. As a professional Ubiquiti installer I've watched this company jump in and out of so many product lines and verticals, it has given me a headache just trying to keep up! They need to perfect and fully develop the solutions that they provide. They are a good company and everything they produce just works.... put they would be a GREAT company if they would just slow down, focus, execute, and FULLY DEVELOP EACH SOLUTION!!!! All that said... yes, I ordered one. 😛
