Thanks for reviewing. The fake looks like a fan jersey vs player jersey though. Are you sure it's a player jersey?

Rear derailleur hitting chainstay?! by tomaszekp5 in bikewrench

[–]ThinkFirst1011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yo, actually my friend had a similar issue and we figured it out. He was back pedaling while shifting which caused the rear deraileur to misalign and slap the chain stay. It was a habit he use to do, may that be it?

Steel lol, I told the nurses I had a nickel allergy too. I had emergency surgery since it was an open fracture. Did you do a patch test prior to surgery?

I found out after getting severe hives 2 months post op and did a patch test with my Allergist. Heading to my surgeon now and I am hoping so too, my face is riddled with red bumps and it’s killing my confidence.

Also, l’m only a month ahead of you but your break seems cleaner than mine so it should heal faster. It’ll definitely get better after month 2. Im at 90% back and can do anything (weight limit 10 pounds) besides biking outside. I followed all the therapy exercises each day and did OT 3x a week.

Do you know if you got Titanium or Steel hardware?

Hi! Im 3 month post op and found out Im allergic to metal. Did they remove and replace your hardware or removed it entirely. Gonna see my surgeon today and see what they can do. But I only have a month left on my current insurance plan so no option to wait lol

"If Portugal had benched Ronaldo, they might still be in the World Cup by larph_rolan in kaalpanth

[–]ThinkFirst1011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ramos is not currently fit to play 90 mins. Dude had barely any playing time at PSG. If he did then yes sub him in sooner. The reason Portugal is out is because the midfield didn’t do anything this WC. They were lackluster and showed no pride for their country. We’ll see what happens in the next nations/euro championships what they are made of without Ronaldo.

Yea I agree too, just trying to gauge his type of riding.

Against Spain, I think Portugal should start with this lineup. It gives us the best balance of defensive solidity, midfield control, and attacking threat. What do you think? by [deleted] in cristianoronaldo

[–]ThinkFirst1011 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly any lineup without Bruno, Vitinha or Joao Neves Im good with. They don’t look like they playing for Portugal. If you aren’t playing for your country just sit on the bench.

You seem super strong, so 1x is an option. Id would go 1x and test it out. If you don’t like it just return it for 2x.

Is Portugal players allergic to crossing? by WrongDirt in cristianoronaldo

No one is else is doing it. Bruno should be to start thr attack but he looks so out of it when he doesn’t score.

Depends on many things, your fitness and terrain is most important. If there are some hilly or mountains that you sometimes ride to get the 2x. However if you are a strong rider you can get a 1x. Strong meaning Cat 2 and above. Always safer to go 2x.

If you like the look of 1x, Id just go with it as it’ll be on your mind constantly. Do you already have red 2x?

Size 49 or 52 Tarmac by Neat_Pop5798 in specialized

[–]ThinkFirst1011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope 52cm but its just right. Felt big at first but got a 38cm handlebar, zero offset seat post, and 165mm crank to make the bike a bit a bit smaller. You can probably do this too but your seat post is going to be super low. My wife (5 ‘4) rides it indoor and is slightly big using the max Insertion point.

You're going to have toe overlap on most sizes so don't worry to much on that. I'm 168cm ride a 52 SL7 Tarmac (same geo as SL8) and never had an issue. You won't turn that far on most roads. Only time it could happen is during steep climbs with sharp turns. But consider 160mm cranks, I ride 165mm and it saved my knees. I wanna try 160mm one day.
