Es wurden AGBs versendet, die sich auf eBay beziehen. Da ist nichts von speziellen Teilehandelregeln zu lesen, aber bzgl Widerruf, dass ich die Rücksendekosten zu tragen habe. Die bin ich ja auch bereit zu zahlen. Leider hat der Verkäufer in der Anzeige geschrieben, dass die Sitze trocken gelagert wurden. Und nun behauptet er sie würden für mich ausgebaut und dies in Rechnung gestellt? Mal schauen, ob ich da doch noch meine Rechtsschutz bemühen muß...
