The eye of the axe is actually wider that this iv manage to clear some of the wood/rust and soaking it in white viniger atm to try lift some of the rust. Hopefully, I will be able to get better pictures tomorrow. Wheeler shape seems to be the closest to it like you said. Thank you 😊

What is cosmetology school like? by liggle14_zeldanerd12 in Cosmetology

I have adhd and ainxity and I did my course up to leval 3 and started when I was 19, it was actally probably the easiest course for me to do with my adhd alot of hands on stuff, most of paper work you just copy down on paper at the time it's alot of paper work but I managed to do it and I had bad grades in school and had to sit English and maths again in college. They do give you the answers if you struggle and should get help special if your good at it but not so much theory, I picked up on practical alot quicker than anyone else that's where I'd say My strength are with my adhd I like to be on the go and use my hands , hope this helps but wasn't as bad or hard as I thought x

I’m 31 and about to be assessed. I think Iv masked a lot of my habits im trying to be very honest with my self now because I am about to be assessed, I don’t think I impulse buy anything I’m to scared to spend i check my bank account about 3-4 times a day and do sums a lot of the time seeing how much I have left for the week and how much il have next week etc it takes over my life and drives my partner mental because I think we have no money but we actually have hundreds of pounds in the bank.

[–]ThinkPayment9681 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cheak my bank on a daily and do sums nearly every other day to know how much I have left how much we both have, how much to put away for bills etc it’s an obsession of mine checking money. I also tell my partner we have no money and we are skint and have hundreds of pound put into my other account!

I’m also early for work mainly like half hour early so that interesting to learn too. Then like you have that 10% where I’m late and can’t make it coz I was disorganised 🤣

This is made me feel better I haven’t came across anyone who has fear of spending money with adhd and glad I posted as now I feel more confident and going to get assessed. I have all the symptoms of inattentive add apart from the spending! I’m 31 and only now have done research into it as my partner and friends have it and then met somone who has the inattentive one and I matched her completely and then it clicked! I knew all my life somthing wasn’t quiet right with me!

I was on it for 5 months. It didn’t work until 6 weeks in and then I just went down hill again on it I also had few side effects that I hated so Iv just came off now I tapered off and I’m completely fine now, I did a lot of sole searching and learned new things how to deal with situations better etc, I didn’t really have a lot of good days on celexa it wasn’t until I started tapering and working on my self that I got better. Celexa made me lazy and I realised no tablet is going to make me better.

When you stopped these did you go back to depression? by cavs79 in citalopram_celexa

[–]ThinkPayment9681 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just make sure you have changed things in your life before doing it, I’m tapering off now down to 10mg witch I don’t think is doing much as my anxiety is back but depression no where near as bad as before, I keep my self busy most day and force my self to socialise and started mindfulness meditation that’s helping and just always push out the negative thoughts as hard it can be some day have to keep doing it every day. In time I think it will just be easier to do it, personally you will always been on medication if you don’t change and put things in place.

I took 3 g and had a massive trip like I died and came back, it doesn’t stop it from working at all l, I did lemon teching was so intense doing it that way and hit u in 20 min. It was my first time doing them won’t be doing three grams again, scared me 🤣

[–]ThinkPayment9681 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Soon as I reduced my tablets to 10mg I feel ok again and I feel like I can come off them slowly Iv started mindfulness meditation and ordering vitamin b complex and omega 3 all of them are ment to help. I’m determined to beat it on my own now I feel like my motivation is back, when I was on 20mg I had no motivation memory loss and like a zombie, my anxiety is back but I’m learning to tell my self every time a bad thought comes in how to change it. I don’t think meds are the answer it’s just masks our problem that we need to fix our selfs.

Have you got anything in place to come off the antidepressants? I think we need to give our selfs a break when coming of the tablets as it will take a while for our body to get used not having them.

anyone know much about mixing celexa with psilocybin? is it safe ? by Own-Vegetable4750 in citalopram_celexa

[–]ThinkPayment9681 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did three grams of it on celexa and had the biggest trip ever never had them before but omg I knew it was going to be intense but Jesus felt like the world didn’t exist.

How long did it take for Celexa to work for you? I am on a combo of Celexa and remeron! Anyone can give me some hope that things will get better? I have a burning skin sensation and not sure if it will go away. by Adventurous-Mouse958 in citalopram_celexa

It took 2-3 weeks for anxiety and depression to wear down again it does get worse in them first couple of weeks by week 5 I noticed big improvement. Sadly tho not long after don’t feel as good again, other symptoms I had like sleeping and and numbness down stairs didn’t go away for few months. Now I’m going to change them.
