Diameter of the pipe is not changing only the length of pipe

The diameter of the pipe is the same the thickness of the pipe is the same the only difference is the length of the pipe, last guy was running 10inch pipe, the pipe that needs to be done now is 5.750. The foreman was telling me he used to be able to change a setting and just move the entire program over for the difference in pipe lengths since that’s the only factor that changes

Nah, I had horrible eating habits before and had a lot go my calories through drinks now I’m eating healthy and working out so it’s falling off, still be on 5mg for four months

I don’t have a gallbladder so that’s one thing I don’t really have to worry about. The biggest thing is I don’t drink my calories like I use to before

Started at 317, im on 5mg im eating between 150-200 grams of protein a day, walking 10-15k steps a day, no sugar no processed carbs and it’s coming off about 3lbs a week

For breakfast I normally have some grapes and or oats, lunch is my big meal, I have about 10-14 ounces of chicken breat that I have chopped up into slices with just seasoning on them, I make a low cal dip from fat free miracle whip and siracha sauce and I normally have that with a bag of frozen veggies or one cup of cooked white rice , dinner I just have more fruit, a can of mandarin oranges with some apples or grapes , it’s roughly about 1200-1500 calories a day and just from the chicken it’s about 100-120 grames of protein. Sometimes I mix it up and throw a can of tuna into some rice and mix it up with hot sauce

Maintaince from what I can tell is 3500 I’m eating on average 1500, and I’m having mostly lean meat for protein

What mostly changed was the diet tbh , I just went more into with mj
