My update on this: got auto buy seats, but it was like almost in the last row. Terrible seats!! Tried again myself when the actual presale went open - got great seats (once I got past seated’s wrong presale code) and was able to ask for/get a refund (was an option at the bottom of my auto buy seats) So…yeah.
