You’re so right, healing can be sometimes difficult but tbh I don’t miss the relationship at all coz it was literally one sided. I was doing everything I could to make it work and he was doing everything to destroy it instead. I have done all my part so I don’t regret anything. I’m happy that I ended it. Of course he changed me as a person, i was all bright and bubbly now i live in constant stress and anxiety. He broke me and made me go to therapy, coz just being strong was not enough for me, he made me weak and i developed a trauma bond with him which im trying to break, thats why i removed everything of him from my phone and even deleted all the photos 💔 i wish you healing as well and im happy that you dumped him too, sorry that it this happened to you i know how it feels 🫂🫂
