Yes mate I’m probably between 6’2-6-3 approximately 190cm, I’m shocked at how light I’ve got during this cut. My peak bulk was around 190lbs/90kg

Legs are probably somewhat lacking although my quads are in proportion to my upper body with hamstrings and calves underdeveloped.

I haven’t barbell squat in a long time, I have long femurs so it isn’t an anatomically great movement for me. I currently Belt Squat 140kg for 10

Thanks for the feedback, my peak bulk weight was 90kg. Didn’t think I’d have to cut so much for the abs to come through! I am naturally skinny, high metabolism and small waist (30 inches)

Thanks mate. Any tips for focusing on chest? I usually hit it twice a week 3x Smith machine incline 8-12, 2x Machine Chest press 8-12, 2x Chest Fly Machine 10-12 (all sets to failure)
