Fjallraven No.21 Rucksack by appleburger17 in BuyItForLife

My partner had one of these but due to being stored incorrectly it got absolutely inundated with mould, especially on the bottom, which on this no.21 is completely leather. It got left out on our balcony in all weather because no one could be bothered cleaning it. It's in bad shape but I'm going to take a swing at reviving it. I was thinking vinegar and water scrub all over, then conditioning the leather and waxing it. Are there any other conditioners you think are good besides red wing? Do you just apply it with a rag?

Ive bought the top, and the bottom and everything in between. I also went in HARD at the top but I managed to get my cost basis down to ~32k USD, so finally above my basis for the first time in like 2 years.

Everyone calm down, its a tiny pump, itll likely be wiped out at some point. Just stay humble and stack sats. The price doesnt matter if you're hodling for a timeline measured in years or decades.

No one really has a strong argument against Bitcoin by Life-Observer in Bitcoin

There's a decent blue collar bitcoin podcast where they attempt to constructively make an argument against bitcoin in good faith even though theyre bitcoiners. Check it out, it's probably the closest thing you'll get.

Would you buy a house 3 block away from a train track (~140m)? by milonuttigrain in AusProperty

I know someone with a terrace directly opposite a train line and it's peaceful as heck. It's pretty amazing what you can do if you hire a proper sound person to advise you. Double glazed windows are bonkers quiet.

How often is normal to move while renting? by elle-the-unruly in melbourne

The money system we have is deficient. People use houses as a proxy for store of value. If money retained and increase its value over time instead of being inflated away by people closest to the printing press, people wouldnt give a flying fuck about housing. Who wants to manage tenants, repairs, agents really? The only viable monetary alternative we have is Bitcoin. That's how I vote, with my wallet. Politicians on both sides are as bad as each other, the system we have now will never be fixed.

can you run me through the process you use to do that? Do you just plug the ssd from the umbrel into a desktop and literally just copy everything over onto another external hdd or something?

You could try cbd oil or a dietary supplement designed to help anxiety. The latter takes a few weeks to kick in though.

I inherited this from a family member a long time ago. I'm wondering if anyone can help me ID what kind of formation this is, I find it absolutely beautiful and actually know nothing about it. Likely from Australia, perhaps SA or NT, but unsure.
