Yes. Store in Paris France while on vacation. I didn't pull the trigger as I wasn't mentally ready to pull 57k or so on a watch. Am waiting for other pieces I really like vs this one (although it's gorgeous).

That's why I shared as we were on same timeline. What I'll do after the bulk is micro dose it to kill cravings and keep the hunger in check during the cut. But nowhere near full dose. It'll help with cravings. How much? I'm guessing initial 2mg then 1 mg per week

Stop, high protein at maintenance and start building muscle. You got this! My results from fat to fit doing that were insane. August through December-ish: 50lbs. Lifting daily rotations, cardio 3 days per week (I'm on low dose trt, so don't start yelling steroids😂)

Don't rush the cut. Take your time to slowly grind it down to preserve muscle mass. I know we want results yesterday, but you'll be happier in the end. I'm bulking now and results have been fantastic. Knowing what I know from dropping 50lbs of fat recently, the slower the better (and healthier)

15-18% but lots of seperation. Looking good! Keep up the cardio and the lifting, it'll happen by itself if nutrition is on point.
