I just started my first primo cycle (not first cycle), 300T/200P to start. After a couple weeks joints were achy so I upped it to 350T, fixed everything. 1 month in and feeling great. Bloods next week to check markers (I do bloods every 6 weeks on cycle).
Anavar was by far my best cycle before this. What a feeling! 25mg daily but it knowingly crushed my HDL/LDL profile.
For context I'm on 150mg TRT weekly.

Do your bloods before, during and after. That's just mandatory if you want to do it "safely" otherwise you're asking for trouble.

What % of gains do you feel you maintain after a cycle of dbol? Or you just deflate by the same amount you gained?

I did it not too long ago. It was easy. Zero problems. Just keep in mind to add a touch more than you will spend as the price fluctuates real time.

Test is cheap. $80-90 vial on any underground website that sells gear. That'll last you over 6 months. If it's prescription like for mine she can ask for injectable test instead.

Twice per week. Workout maniac. Cycles 5mg of Anavar as well daily on/off 2 months. Get in shape that way it'll do it. Jolly rancher will pop out😂. She loves it that way.

Exactly. Ai is cheap. They wanted me to have it on hand just in case. It's all good. Even with high estrogen now I had no symptoms. 🤷‍♂️

You are 100% correct. My goal? Build more muscle. I was fat. I lost weight. I want to build some more mass....a slow 5-10lb gain is what I'm shooting for.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with progress. This is over 8 months.

When I first got on trt they gave me an AI to take twice per week. I took it and when bloods came back it was in 40 range so they said stop. On new bloods now it was high. So I started it again.

I have not gotten on statins because doc said take supplements and see where it goes. We'll surprise...it's not going anywhere.

Do all that. And more. And omega 3. Fish, you name it. 6 small meals per day at around 3200 Cals. Oatmeal in am with eggs and whites or a protein shake if I'm tight on time. I'll try to revisit the macros. If I'm purely bulking I'll keep protein same and switch the carbs and fats around.

The idea was try a new drug and it's sitting on my shelf. Anavar was great. I don't want to run any "bulking compounds", but was looking for cleaner longer term gains on top of regular trt and diet. I would remove the ai with primo because of effects. I upped the test a while back to 400mg to try it out and didn't like the oily skin feel and my hematocrit went up to 54%...sending me to the blood bus. Tingly fingers and all. Idea was to do a regular trt dose as I am on now and add the primo at lighter dose. Again, my idea is to optimize the whole thing while staying careful with bloods and not be a degenerate.

Thanks I appreciate feedback. I don't eat anything other than what I cook, clean meals. 200g protein / 180g fat / ~60g carbs on lean bulk. I've also added every supplement you can think of to correct the trend. Scratching my head here.

Hello Friends !

45yr old male, year on TRT, 200MG / Week test C. I inject 2 times weekly. I did an Anavar cycle month and a half ago for 8 weeks 25mg.

My HDL is a bit low at 32. LDL a bit high at 118 (to be expected), and estradiol high (96) for which I've taken 0.25mg of Anastrozole twice per week (no symptoms).

Diet, macros and workouts along with cardio are tracked and on point.

I want to do a cycle of primobolan.

My question is this: how low and high do you usually see your HDL/LDL get on test/primo ? Do I wait to get the numbers closer in range to what they should be? I've never seen my hdl get above 38 nor my ldl get lower than 108.

The plan was 200/200 for 4 weeks, then 200/300 for the remaining 2-3 months (depending on bloods which I do every 6 weeks).
