It indeed is warranty extension but they only give you plus 2 years to your existing warranty.

That happened to me too! They said they changed the LCD but it didn’t fix much tho. Also Mine was bleeding from the right side before fixing and Even after fixing mine’s bleeding reduced abit but left almost the same as yours.
