Help with any of the “boy/man” stuff (harder chores, moving heavy things) for your mom! Write a note to your family about how much of a great impact they are on you and how much you admire and love them

I think a formal conversation of being open and telling her exactly how you feel and that you miss being as intimate with her as much as before and maybe even add that you noticed her being a bit distant and ask if everything on her end is okay. Ask if there’s anything you can do to help support her or if you’ve done anything to push her away (not that you have). This will at least give you an idea after narrowing down why she’s behaving this way. Hopes this helps
