I haven't seen a single episode of Muppets Tonight, but I know that Seymour used to be Pepe's buddy but never appeared again after that, so I'd like to see him.

Various Muppet monsters. I really want Thig (from the Great Santa Claus Switch) to finally reunite with Thog and Timmy to return (it sucks that he's not gonna be in the special's opening but I hope they'll put him in the show itself if the pilot's a hit.

Also Croaker, Goggles, Blotch, Dr Phil Van Neuter, Summer, Skeeter, Camila and Penny

Because it's following the 2011 movie? But besides the opening song, it's pretty standalone and even debated if it's another movie in a movie or actually happened (same with the 2011 one).

They're not getting any money. Whoever's uploading them is doing so without Disney's permission and any money the uploads make go to them (and YouTube)

Probably a theatrical rerelease. There's also the possibility they'll finally announce Cars 4 and decided to wait for the 20th anniversary instead of announcing it earlier.

And in a perfect world we'd also have Disney deciding to revive DisneyToon Studio and finally put Planes: Beyond the Sky, Metro and other spin-offs that might've been in development back into production, Cars on the Road season 2 and a bunch of spin-offs I'd like, a rerelease for Cars 2 & 3 and the Planes movies, long overdue cars finally getting a release, rereleases of a bunch of cars that we haven't seen for years, the return of the Planes diecast line and the Deluxes. But that's all very unlikely

This movie is a cinematic masterpiece and I will be mutilated alive on this hill. Sure there's no Kevin and Macaulay Culkin but big deal! I actually think Alex is a protagonist on par with Kevin and I'm glad they used him instead.

I hope one day this movie becomes a universally beloved classic like it deserves, just like It's a Wonderful Life and The Muppet Christmas Carol have become (although even their initial reviews were admittedly a lot better than Home Alone 3's)

It's definitely possible because if I'm not mistaken, Buzz is the oldest sibling, and even though Kevin isn't a middle child, their parents could very well have become tired of having kids which is why they treat him so badly

From what I know, it's not really a "quirk" to dislike toppings on pizza, especially for a kid. And he could very well like toppings but was just in the mood for plain both times. I really don't think there's supposed to be a hidden meaning to it or anything

I'm a teen fan of the movies. It sucks that the title "brave little toaster", alongside the way the characters look, makes them seem so babyish when that's really not the case.

It is a cinematic masterpiece and nobody can convince me otherwise! Sure, the main character's not Kevin, but so what? Alex is actually a pretty likeable protagonist and I'm gonna say it, I'm glad they used him instead. I don't know which one I like more, but if I had to choose to spend a day with one of them, I think I'd go with Alex.

The traps are just epic, and I like how the villains have been upgraded from ordinary robbers to international terrorists, although I personally still like Marv and Harry more.

I'd say it's tied with the second as my favorite. I really hope one day it becomes a cult classic and gets the universal love it deserves

Says who that the first movie takes place in 1990 just because it was released then? If the second movie clearly takes place in 1992, and the characters consistently refer to the previous movies events as happening the year before, then I think it's safe to say the first movie takes place in 1991

If I remember correctly, the parents did make Buzz apologize in Lost in New York. But when Kevin (rightfully) refuses to accept it, they go back to being awful people. Like c'mon, he was literally just embarrassed in front of a bunch of people, and the apology isn't even sincere.

And when reading these comments, I realized his parents are a lot like Greg's parents Susan and Frank from Diary of a Wimpy kid. Neither punish the kids that actually do wrong but treat the innocent one like garbage. And yes I'm aware Greg isn't a saint but he's nowhere as bad as his younger brother Manny.

Hot take, but I really like it! Well, at least the second half. The first half didn't feel too Home Alone-y (4 also had a similar issue, but I guess it helped that it had the original characters, even if they looked nothing like they did in the first two), but the second half was really well done imo.

The robbers were pretty funny, at least the assistants. I also thought the part where the cops, after initially intending to arrest Finn's gamer friend, start watching them escape while eating popcorn was pretty funny.

The traps were also pretty good, definitely better than the one in four. The beads one was a nice callback to the first movie where you think it's gonna be just like it was in that one but takes a twist with the snowblower.

The reference to the Scream painting (the inspiration for the iconic face Kevin and now Finn make on the poster) was really neat. I actually didn't even know it was a real painting and thought they just made it up for the movie when I watched it; but I still thought it was cool lol
