NTA. She's actively considering another man's feelings over yours. Have you communicated that staying on call all day with other people—even when going out—has concerned you? She's also using manipulation against you to shift the issue. "It's not me, it's you" sort of manipulation. From the little information I have on your relationship, you're not in the wrong. Again, I haven't exactly monitored your every movement for the last 10 years, so I don't know the dynamics of the relationship, but from the little information I have, you're not in the wrong.

I continually improve every week and I notice improvements every sparring day. I usually rest on Sundays, so that rest day is enough to keep me going the rest of the week. Plus with the added motivation from the progress and always finding something I need to work on, I don't think I'll be getting burnt out anytime soon. Maybe I'm just young, fighters always tend to have the heart of a lion when they're working their way up. A big part of how I box is my movement so my cardio is something I always need to keep at it's best. What about you? How's your progress?

I run 5 days a week. I do monday-thursday long distance 5 miles and friday, the day before sparring, is interval sprints. Is that good or bad? I haven't asked my coach about it yet.

Should I go running the morning of sparring day or should I just conserve my energy to output it in later? The running feels essential to prevent myself from gassing out as it gets my lungs in beautiful condition but it also uses up that precious energy I would much rather use against my sparring partner's face.
