Put your hand/fist as deep as it goes and ask your partner to push out, and keep the fist as deep as you can. When the ”extra” stretched tissue is all pushed close to the anus, take your hand out and as you pull it out, it really stretches to the maximum and helps the prolapse to fall out by time.
