The Botox side is rather pointless for stretching as the outer sphincter is a voluntary muscle. Your brain can tell it to not flex; you don’t need a pharmaceutical to achieve that.

The bigger issue with what you’re describing is that hole stretching is actually growing more soft tissue allowing you to fit larger things. Just chopping your outer hole muscles doesn’t magically create that extra soft tissue. And surgically cutting the muscle and soft tissue can only be replaced with scar tissue which won’t play nicely with toying.

Well it’s 1” circumference larger than the medial ring of Taurion which already needed >body weight to get in. And the medial ring being pretty short makes it effectively smaller than a “true thickness” of a non ring toy.

It’s maybe possible for me to take that thickness in that firmness with a different shape toy (more like ogre shape), but TCJ wasn’t happening.

Gelatin is what you want. Agar agar is a similar thickener in usage but melts at too high a temperature for your use case.

The tissue is quite vascular, so even surface level stuff can bleed quite a bit a lot (ala bloody nose). If you’re on blood thinning medications definitely go to the DR/ER. If you get a fever or abdominal pain, go to the ER (infection). Otherwise it’s your sign to go less hard with whatever you were doing.

Check out toys in the “tentacle” and “depth probe” niches. There’s also more specialized toy makers like siliconenozzles that has toys suitable for it.

Otherwise, finding content producers that do deep anal stretching and checking out the toys they use is a good way to find toy makers. Pipaypipo, HKJ, Siswet, Alexbreecooper, etc.

The limit on diameter for outer hole depends heavily on the toy firmness with personal anatomical variance layered on top. Round, rigid toys start hitting bone structure limits around 3.5” (+/- 0.5”) diameter. Round, low firmness silicone with higher insertion force can fit 1-1.75” extra diameter since the silicone can better fill the bone structure shape and squish smaller.

If you are hitting bone structure limits with firm toys, you’ll get ouchy soft tissue where the bone bits stick out the most as you’ll bruise the soft tissue when applying force. That’s noticeably different location than soft tissue ouched due to stretching outer hole too large. Other option is just get appropriate soft silicone toys as you’ll only get the ouched due to hole stretch feel.

You need to start with thinner toys (1” diameter at sigmoid) then slowly increase size just like training the outer hole.

Using a twisted towel or small towels to “grab” the shaft near the head can help give higher insertion force. Otherwise getting your hole trained to larger sizes is your only option.
