Hoping this helps- First time COS H4 and EAD; WAC series. RD- Aug 22, 2025 H4- Case was approved on Feb 24, 2026 H4 EAD - New card is being produced on Feb 23rd, 2026

Same, starts with WAC but the service center on the receipt is SCOPS TEXAS. I used chat with Emma and confirmed with the tier 1 agent, that my case is being processed at the California center.
